Our Founder:

Deanny Tan is a passionate pastry arts innovator with a background in Information Technology.

From a young age, she found joy in baking, transforming her passion into mastery. In 2022, she took a bold step to refine her craft, pursuing professional training at the Center for Culinary Arts Manila and later at the prestigious Le Cordon Bleu Paris in 2024.

In 2025, she brought her vision to life by launching Moon Croissanterie, a bake house brand and community deeply rooted in faith, passion, and love. (@bakedbydeanny)
